Where Failure IS NOT A Valid Excuse!

I’m Tom Alsobrook, owner of Alsobrook Steel Buildings LLC. After twenty-two years in the Marine Corps, I have spent the last nine years in the metal building industry. I started my business in 2006 with several goals in mind.

First of all, I wanted better control over the design, manufacturing and delivery of the buildings I sell. Far too often I have seen the ball dropped after the building deposit has been made, leaving the customer at the mercy of the manufacturer. Second, I wanted to ensure that my customers are getting a quality product that is second to none. For example, some companies use non-engineered red iron or non-warranty panels as a way of cutting costs. And finally, as with any company, mistakes will be made from time to time. However, a quick resolution to correct these mistakes is what is most important in delivering quality customer service to my clients.

As a veteran, I have built my life around the traits the Marine Corps holds so dear: Honor, Integrity, and Honesty.
